Sierra is an accomplished runner, triathlete, and TriNZ accredited coach. She can assist you in preparing for your first event or improving your performance for the next one, taking into consideration your lifestyle and other commitments. She is also qualified to train pregnant and postpartum women, offering an 8-week run and strength programme that focuses on running safely after having a baby, without worrying about embarrassing leaks.

For those who want even more sparkle, Sparkle Fitness offers personal training sessions. Sierra is a mobile trainer and can come to you, or you can visit her at the Karori studio. Additionally, she provides guidance on healthy eating, weight loss, and overall goal attainment.
