Our signature class, BOX BURN, combines energizing music with high-intensity boxing and core exercises, while our PADS x POWER class focuses on technical boxing skills and conditioning drills.

In addition to our regular classes, we also host special events like “PUNCH FOR A PURPOSE” to raise money for charitable organizations such as the MS Society. We believe in giving back to the community and empowering our members to make a positive impact both in and out of the gym.
