The club is managed by a Committee elected by its members during the Annual General Meeting held in the autumn each year. Each league team has a team captain, and in the spring, members are assigned to teams based on their preferences. The squads for each team typically have a few extra players to account for holidays, injuries, or sickness, and captains ensure fair rotation of players.
Members have the flexibility to book the green at any time for roll-ups or individual competition matches. The club is funded through fees paid by members, who are required to pay an annual subscription.
Overall, Spalding Town Bowling Club provides a welcoming atmosphere for bowlers of all levels, making it an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy the sport in a friendly and competitive setting.
