South Surrey Indoor Pool is a vibrant recreation centre located at 14655 17 Avenue in Surrey, BC. The facility offers a wide range of amenities and activities for individuals of all ages to enjoy. The pool itself is 37 meters long with six 25-meter lanes, a dive tank equipped with two diving boards, a children's pool, a whirlpool, and two dry heat saunas. Additionally, the facility features universal changerooms to ensure accessibility for all visitors.

In addition to swimming, South Surrey Indoor Pool provides aquatic fitness options, swim lessons, aquatic sport rentals, and weight room access. The weight room is equipped with inclusive equipment such as Progression Fitness medicine balls, a Dual Cable Cross machine, a recumbent elliptical, and an inclusive fitness kit that includes Active Hands, weight-lifting hooks, loop resistance bands, and wrist/ankle weights.

The facility operates during specific hours from Monday to Sunday and offers drop-in schedules for various activities. Visitors are encouraged to sign up for drop-in activities 72 hours in advance, except seniors services, youth membership, and pickleball drop-in activities. Payment can be made at the time of visiting the recreation facilities.
