At our school, we believe in providing a well-rounded martial arts education. We follow a 12-step programme that takes students from beginner to black belt, ensuring a structured and progressive learning experience. Led by the esteemed 5th Dan black belt, Paul Bowles, each class is designed to not only teach the art of self-defence but also injects an element of fun into each session.

We offer a 4-week free trial period, with no strings attached, allowing you to experience our classes before committing. Additionally, we provide a free modern martial arts uniform, saving you 38. Our founder, Paul Bowles, has over 30 years of experience in martial arts and has been the owner of our school since 1996. With accolades as a national champion in kata and kumite, Paul is highly respected by students, parents, and combat kids alike. His no-nonsense approach and professionalism are loved by all, and his teaching style balances fun and discipline.
