Welcome to the Southern Sport Karate Organisation, a modern martial arts programme in Eastleigh that embodies traditional values and is perfect for the entire family. Whether you're a combat kid, teenager, adult, or beginner, our school welcomes everyone from 4 to 59 years old.
Led by 5th Dan Black Belt Paul Bowles, a highly experienced martial artist with 30 years of practise, the Southern Sport Karate Organisation offers far more than any other martial arts organisation in the south. We pride ourselves on providing a 12-step programme to Black Belt and a full year's programme of events to enhance your training.
What sets us apart from the rest is our commitment to making each class filled with fun, while still maintaining a focus on developing skills and discipline. We understand that learning martial arts should be an enjoyable experience, and we ensure that every student, young or old, feels engaged and motivated.
