The Southern Yorke Peninsula GC is excited to announce that it will be hosting a shooting event on Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th, 2024. Shooters will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in a 5 Stand Sporting competition on Saturday, followed by a Medley Graded event on Sunday. The Overall High Gun award will be up for grabs, sponsored by Mack Trans.
Participants can find the event at 266 Gun Club Road, Minlaton, just 6km North of Minlaton on Slant Road, 1km West of Maitland Road. Camping and shower facilities are available on the grounds for those who want to make a weekend out of it. Practice rounds are also available before the shoot programme start time and weekdays by arrangement.
Results and updates for the event can be found on the club's Facebook page, so make sure to stay tuned for all the action. Grade 2nd will be awarded in each grade if there are 3 or more participants, so there's plenty of room for competition and recognition.
