Sound Mamas provides pre and postnatal strength and fitness classes for new mums in Naas, focused on a safe return to exercise. Classes are baby friendly with designated play areas, so you can train while your little one explores nearby. Alongside in-person mum and baby sessions in 6 to 8 week blocks, the service also offers pregnancy training and education, plus women's health and menopause support through online programs and workshops.
