The founder of Soulfeeder Fitness, Sean, initially worked in the software licencing industry for ten years but had a wake-up call when he was diagnosed with adult-onset type 1 diabetes. This diagnosis motivated him to educate himself on physiology to better manage his condition. Through his journey, he discovered a passion for fitness and decided to launch his own training business at Lord's Cricket Ground. Now, he runs his own private gym facility on Abbey Road in St.
John's Wood.
Sean has extensive knowledge and expertise in various training methods and disciplines. He majored in anatomy and physiology and continues to study and hold certifications and registrations as a senior yoga teacher, Olympic weightlifting coach, rowing instructor, and strength coach. Additionally, he has acquired various specialisations in cross-fit training.
Aside from his fitness expertise, Sean is also a student of Zen Buddhism and the nature way of Daoism, which he incorporates into his training and coaching. He instils the central tenets of non-violence and non-duality into his approach, creating a holistic and mindful training experience.
Sean's client base ranges from 12 to 77 years of age and includes both able-bodied and disabled individuals, as well as males and females. He has trained professional and recreational athletes, accumulating over 19,000 hours of one-on-one personal training experience.
