At Soraya McKee Dance Society (SMDS), we strive to create a safe and nurturing space for dancers of all backgrounds. Our mission is to nurture, respect, and encourage each dancer to be their best self. We believe that every student is unique, and we are excited to tap into their individual strengths and talents.

In our diverse range of classes, we offer something for everyone. For the little ones aged 2–4 years old, we have The Mini Society, which offers both casual and structured classes. Lil' Dance Society is for 5-6 year olds and combines various dance styles. For older dancers aged 7 and above, we offer recreational training in styles such as commercial jazz, street tap, hip-hop, acrobatics, contemporary, ballet, and theatre arts.

We also provide private tuition for those looking to take their technique and competition skills to the next level.

Our instructors are not only highly experienced and skilled dancers, but they also have a deep passion for what they do. They live to dance and are dedicated to sharing their knowledge and love for dance with our students. We believe in a personalised approach to teaching, understanding that a “one size fits all” approach doesn't suit everyone. Our team is committed to tailoring our teaching to meet the needs and goals of each individual student.
