Soleil Studio is a Pilates studio located in Maroochy River on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Offering a unique and energising Pilates experience, Soleil Studio is a welcoming space for all bodies to find freedom through movement.
The studio is newly built and boasts a bespoke and agile atmosphere that is designed to make your body feel at ease. With a maximum of three people per class, or the option for one-on-one sessions, Soleil Studio ensures that each participant receives individual attention and support. The focus is on good form, building or rebuilding strength, and gaining confidence in movement.
At Soleil Studio, there is no pressure to be anyone but yourself. The owner, Stef, adapts the Pilates experience to accommodate all kinds of injuries, abilities, and sweaty hairlines. With only three people per class, you can expect a workout that takes care of you. There are no hidden storage areas where the “cool stuff” is kept, every day at Soleil Studio is about having fun and exploring the variety of Pilates equipment.
For those new to Pilates, there are foundational classes available daily, or you can reach out to Stef for a personalised introduction. The classes and services offered at Soleil Studio include Reformer, Mat Strength, Studio Sessions, and Private sessions. Each class and session is designed to provide a unique and fulfilling Pilates experience.
Soleil Studio also offers memberships for those looking to make Pilates a part of their regular fitness routine. The Rise Membership includes two classes per week, VIP event and workshop access, and a free pair of Move active socks. The Glow Membership offers three classes per week, a complimentary one-on-one session with Stef, VIP event and workshop access, and a free pair of Move active Pilates socks. The Radiate Membership grants unlimited classes per week, a complimentary one-on-one session with Stef, VIP event and workshop access, and a free exclusive Soleil Studio shirt and Move Active socks.
Stef Zimmerman, the owner and instructor at Soleil Studio, discovered Pilates as a rehabilitative approach after sustaining injuries from playing sports and having children. She experienced firsthand the power of Pilates in overcoming pain and regaining freedom of movement. Stef is passionate about sharing this newfound freedom with others who may be recovering from injuries, postpartum, or in need of support in their everyday movement. Her knowledge, consistency, and lighthearted approach make her a trusted and beloved instructor.
