Welcome to Soho School of Burlesque, the premier dance school in London's vibrant West End. Whether you're a seasoned performer or a beginner, we offer a wide range of burlesque classes taught by burlesque stars, professional cabaret performers, producers, and costumiers.

At Soho School of Burlesque, we believe that everybody is burlesque and should embrace their sensuality and self-expression. Our classes are designed to help you explore your inner showgirl and build confidence while learning the art of burlesque dance.

We offer drop-in classes for all levels on Mondays and beginner classes on Tuesdays. For those looking for a unique and unforgettable way to celebrate a special occasion, we also offer burlesque party classes. Plan your party with us and get ready for a night of glamour and excitement!

If you're looking for a more intensive burlesque experience, we offer various courses. Our Introduction to Soho School of Burlesque is a 4-week course that will introduce you to the world of burlesque. We also offer Act Creation and Act Development courses for those looking to create and refine their own burlesque acts.

For those who prefer a more personalised approach, we offer private lessons where you can work on specific aspects of your performance, from act direction to striptease choreography, competition preparation, and more. Our experienced teachers are here to help you unleash your inner showgirl and reach your full potential.

Soho School of Burlesque was founded in 2022 by award-winning cabaret performer, producer, and director Evelyn Carnate. In 2023, we moved to our brand new location in Central London. We also became the East London Burlesque Company, featuring exciting performers who are graduates of our burlesque school as well as superstar cabaret guest performers.

The studio itself is a private red and pink rehearsal boudoir located in the heart of the West End, just a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Court Rd tube station. It is also available for hire for solo or small company rehearsals, photoshoots, and other creative projects.
