The Socit protection du Lac Boisseau, located in La Conception, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and rock climbing enthusiasts alike. Offering a diverse range of activities, the Parc d'Escalade et de Randonne de la Montagne d'Argent (PERMA) is a paradise for those seeking adventure in the great outdoors.

With nearly 100 sport climbing routes ranging from difficulty levels 5. 3 to 5. 13, as well as around 130 traditional climbing routes up to 5. 12, the park caters to climbers of all skill levels.

Additionally, there are approximately 15 kilometres of hiking trails for those who prefer terrestrial exploration. For those looking for a unique challenge, the park also offers ice climbing on cascades of ice ranging from 10 to 20 meters, depending on conditions.

Located approximately 125 kilometres from Montreal and 150 kilometres from Ottawa, the park is easily accessible for climbers and hikers from both major cities. The park's rich history dates back to 1996 when an NPO was created to obtain grants and accelerate the development of PERMA. Thanks to the enthusiastic involvement of route developers and volunteers, the site has become one of the most popular climbing destinations in Quebec.

In addition to climbing and hiking, the park also offers a unique experience with its winter ice climbing opportunities. The park's ownership rights were transferred to the Municipality of La Conception in 2008 to preserve the site and create a Municipal Mountain Sports Park.
