We offer child minding services, group fitness classes, and nutrition consultants to ensure you have all the support you need to achieve your goals. Our private bathrooms and showers provide a comfortable and convenient experience, and we also have vending machines and free onsite parking for your convenience.
For those interested in personal training, we have a team of experienced and dedicated trainers, led by our Director and Personal Trainer, Tyson. Our trainers are available during staffed hours to provide personalised guidance and help you reach your fitness goals.

Our staffed hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and we are closed on Sundays.
