As a family-run business, SMR Fitness understands the challenges of childcare. That's why we offer sessions where you can bring your children along while you focus on your workout (conditions apply). We prioritise the safety and well-being of our members, offering free inductions to all new clients to ensure that you have the knowledge and guidance to train with good form and technique.
At SMR Fitness, you are not just a number, but a valued member of our community. Our coaches are all fully qualified, insured, and first aid trained, providing you with professional guidance and support every step of the way.
For general admission, our monthly membership fee is just 30. 00, with no contract or sign-up fees. We also offer free inductions for all new members, ensuring that you feel prepared and confident in your fitness journey.
For those seeking more personalised attention, we offer a range of personal training options. Whether you prefer one-to-one sessions, group personal training, online coaching, or training and nutrition plans, our experienced trainers are here to help. We even provide free initial consultations to discuss your goals and create a customised plan that suits your needs.
Our SMR30 classes are perfect for those looking for a high-intensity workout in a short amount of time. These 30-minute HIIT sessions deliver optimal training results and are available for just 7. 50 per class.
Opening hours at SMR Fitness are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. With advanced pre-booking, you can plan your workouts accordingly. We are open Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 12pm, and closed on Sundays.
