We also have specialised classes tailored specifically for men, teenagers, and those looking for a faster-paced dynamic session. If you prefer a more intimate setting, our Tower classes are designed for groups of 4 participants, allowing for a full equipment Pilates experience with shared cost and instructor guidance.
