SMART Swim Centre is committed to providing high-quality sessions and personal customer service. The management team consists of aquatic, lifesaving, and first aid tutors, with the lead tutor being one of the few National STA Tutors in the country. This allows the team to provide on-the-job training, creating employment opportunities for the South Molton community.

Beyond swimming, the team members at SMART Swim Centre have diverse professional backgrounds that enhance their capabilities. Some team members work as nannies, school teachers, nursery practitioners, and even the head coach of the South West Special Olympics, where trained swimmers have won medals at the British Down Syndrome Championships. The team also branches out into personal training, sports massage, and dance, providing additional education and knowledge to those at higher swimming levels.
