Our small group PT classes have a maximum of four participants, allowing our trainers to provide consistent feedback and support. You'll feel like you're in a one-on-one session, receiving personalised attention and guidance. Our classes are popular with individuals above 40 years old, although we welcome participants of all ages. Before joining a class, you'll need to have a one-on-one initial assessment session. This allows your personal trainer to assess your strengths and weaknesses and identify areas that may require improvement.
We understand that everyone has different schedules, so we offer classes from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm. This ensures that there's a class that fits your busy routine. However, before joining a class, you'll first need to book a Pilates Assessment with us. This session will teach you the basics and prepare you for the classes ahead.
For your convenience, we offer different packages for personal training sessions. You can choose from our 6-session package priced at £405 or our 12-session package priced at £750. These packages provide you with the flexibility to train at your own pace and achieve your fitness goals.
