In 2009, Laszlo opened his own Taekwon-do school in Pinner, named SLY Taekwon-do (Harrow). The school follows the traditional teachings of Taekwon-do, focusing on self-defence, discipline, and personal growth. As a member of the Advanced TaeKwon-Do International (ATI) and Advanced Taekwon-do Europe (ATEU), SLY Taekwon-do ensures high-standard training aligned with Taekwon-do's founding principles.

At SLY Taekwon-do, the instructors, led by Chief Instructor Laszlo Butty, are fully qualified with extensive training in teaching, child safety, and first aid, along with enhanced CRB checks. The classes are fun, engaging, and designed to challenge students to reach their full potential.

Laszlo has been practising Taekwon-do since 1990, earned his 1st Dan Black Belt in 1998, and was Vice President of his previous Martial Arts School. His guidance has helped students achieve remarkable results in competitions and excel in other sports. Laszlo continues to enhance his training by learning from esteemed Taekwon-do masters from North Korea.
