In addition to our fantastic facilities, we offer a wide variety of classes to target all areas of fitness. Led by our amazing team of instructors, our classes run throughout the day. We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming environment. We don't charge a joining fee, and various free classes are included in your membership.
