Do with movement and creativity. After studying Fine Arts at the University of Regina, I moved to Toronto to began a career as an artist. Eventually, I found myself seeking movement practices that would help balance out the long hours in the studio painting and sculpting.

Discovering Pilates After trying various forms of movement and exercise, I stumbled upon Pilates, and it was love at first class. The seamless integration of mind and body, the emphasis on precision and control, and the overall sense of well-being and strength it provided resonated deeply with me. It wasnt long before I decided to become a Certified Pilates & Movement Instructor.

Opening Big Sky Pilates In 2012, I opened Big Sky Pilates with the dream of creating a space that would inspire, challenge, and support individuals on their journey to better movement, strength, and health. The studio is a reflection of my love for movement, my dedication to providing personalized and effective workouts, and my belief in the power of movement to transform lives.
