James not only focuses on technical skills and performance but also on building character and team spirit amongst our gymnasts.

We maintain a clean and well-equipped facility with state-of-the-art apparatus and safety mats to ensure that our gymnasts can practise in a safe and secure environment. Our coaches are trained in the latest safety guidelines and techniques to minimise the risk of injury and ensure the well-being of our gymnasts.

We offer a variety of gymnastics programmes, including recreational classes, competitive squads, and specialised programmes for children with disabilities. Our recreational classes are designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and interactive way. Our competitive squads provide intensive training for those who are interested in taking their gymnastics to the next level and competing at a higher level. We also offer specialised programmes for children with disabilities, providing them with the opportunity to participate and excel in gymnastics.
