Ian Spence would like to share some exciting news from Skipton Karate Centre with the sports community. Since 1987, Ian and his team have been dedicated to providing top-notch martial arts training in Skipton. With Ian as a 7th dan black belt and Rebecca Spence as a 6th dan black belt, they bring a wealth of experience to their classes, welcoming men, women, and children aged 5 and above.

At Skipton Karate Centre, self-defence is a key part of the curriculum. Students learn a variety of techniques, from basic self-defence to sparring and tournament participation. Ian ensures that each individual works at their own pace, moving from simple to more advanced moves.
