A respected football choreographer for Adidas, Mike has worked closely with some of the biggest names in football, including Messi, Salah, Pogba, and Dybala. With his UEFA qualifications and international experience in Futsal as an England International, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the club.
Skills Academy is proud to have a team of dedicated and highly qualified coaches. Steve Camacho, the Sports Development Manager, started his coaching career at Skills Academy 11 years ago. He later became the football community manager at Charlton Athletic FC and now oversees the training of coaches at Skills Academy. With his UEFA qualification and experience in the Charlton AFC Academy system, Steve is instrumental in maintaining the high coaching standards of the club.
Finn Lucas is another remarkable coach at Skills Academy. Having attended the club himself as a youngster, Finn is now a qualified coach who has delivered football and PE sessions for numerous local schools. His personal experience at Skills Academy adds a unique perspective to his coaching, making him one of the most popular coaches at the club.
In addition to the core coaching staff, Skills Academy also welcomes work experience students interested in pursuing a career in coaching. These students undergo thorough safety training and DBS checks before joining the club, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
