Skaters First

Lindsay Smith Chapman invites all skating enthusiasts in Aurora to join Skaters First, a program that’s been a pillar of the community for over 30 years. Designed for ages 3 and up, the classes focus on having fun, participating, and building basic skills. The sessions run for 45 minutes and are led by professional coaches.

For those looking to up their game in hockey or ringette, there’s the action-packed Power & Edge program known as Mad Dawg. It’s all about power, edge work, balance, agility, speed, and endurance. These 50-minute classes are perfect for skaters aged 7 and older.

Lindsay, a nationally certified skating coach with 26 years of experience, is dedicated to offering the best Learn to Skate and Power & Edge programs around. Her team of skilled coaches is committed to helping every skater reach their full potential in a positive learning environment.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, Skaters First has something for everyone, including Learn to Skate, CanSkate, Intro to Figure Skating, and Power Skating. Classes are grouped by age and skill level to keep things safe and fun.
