No matter if you’re a seasoned hooper or new to the world of hula hoops, we have the perfect workout for you. We have workshops for beginners that cover all the basics and will help you build your confidence, and have you hooping with the best of them in no time. For the more experienced, our advanced classes will keep you challenged and engaged — and even maybe give you the chance to learn a few new hula hoop tricks! Whatever hula hoop workshop you end up choosing, you will be joining a large community of passionate hoopers, while staying fit and having the time of your life.
For those that prefer learning on their own or would rather build their confidence in one on one sessions before going to a group workout, we offer private hula hoop workshops as well. Our wonderful instructors will work with you and give you all the care and attention you need. We can even offer the convenience of online workouts done over Skype, so you can continue your hula hoop fitness regime even while travelling around the world.
