Sion Farm Fishery

Sion Farm Fishery is a friendly family-run fishing club located in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. The club prides itself on providing a peaceful and rewarding fishing experience for all anglers. The lakes are naturally spring fed and stocked with a variety of species including Carp, Roach, Tench, Perch, and Bream.

Conveniently situated in Chaddesley Corbett, near Kidderminster, Sion Farm Fishery offers quick and easy access from the M5, M42, and surrounding towns and cities of the West Midlands. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced angler, you'll find a welcoming environment that fosters a love for fishing.

The club's mission is to ensure the well-being of the environment and the fish. They request that all anglers show respect for both by abiding by their rules. Fishing permits, which can be purchased upon arrival, are required for everyone wishing to fish. The use of barbless hooks is mandatory, with microbarbs not being allowed.

To ensure the safety and health of the fish, active rods should never be left unattended, and keepnets are not allowed unless it's for pre-arranged contests. The use of groundbait is prohibited, and only nuts, boilies, and meat may be used as a hook bait. All caught fish must be returned to the water promptly and handled with care, not lifted more than 40 cm/18 inches from the ground.

The club maintains a clean and tidy environment by asking anglers to remove all litter from their platforms and deposit it in the bins provided. While barbeques are not permitted, careful use of camping stoves is allowed. Additionally, all anglers must have a landing net, with children under 14 being required to be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not allowed on the premises.

Sion Farm Fishery is open every day from 7am until dusk, with a conveniently located car park situated within 20 metres of the nearest fishing platforms. On-site, you'll find well-maintained and clean ladies' and gents' toilets. The club is open to both pleasure fishing and match fishing, with match bookings available upon request.
