Certifications, Centralised and Regional Gradings are conducted by STA Masters and Examiners, with Centralised Gradings held every calendar quarter. Instructors at the academy are trained and qualified by Senior Masters at the headquarters before they are allowed to coach Taekwon-do at the various clubs and centres nationwide. Continuous improvement and knowledge updates are emphasised through weekly Masters Instructors Workshop held at the headquarters.
