“Sin-Ergy Strength” is a popular Functional Fitness gym located in the small town of Biloela, Central Queensland. For those who enjoy training with others, Sin-Ergy Strength also offers Group Sessions that provide the feeling of a One on One session but with the advantage of training with like-minded individuals. These one-hour sessions have capped numbers to ensure personalised attention and are available in both morning and evening slots. The gym even offers child-friendly sessions to accommodate parents who want to incorporate fitness into their routine.
Sin-Ergy Strength also provides 10-week reset packages for those looking to regain their health and fitness. These packages include 2 or 3 45-minute One on One coaching sessions per week. In addition to exercise sessions, the reset packages involve goal setting, fitness testing, progress tracking, habit-forming and tracking, nutrition support, personalised workouts, weekly check-ins, and direct access to coaches for accountability.
The gym offers different membership options to suit individual needs. For those new to Sin-Ergy Strength, the first session is complimentary to experience what the gym has to offer. The memberships include unlimited access, 12 sessions per month, and 8 sessions per month. Additionally, private coaching sessions are available by appointment, with the first lesson being complimentary.
Sin-Ergy Strength has a convenient class timetable, with sessions happening throughout the week. Morning sessions are available at 5:00am, while evening sessions start at 5:20pm on Monday to Friday. There are also evening classes at 6:30pm on Monday to Wednesday and a morning session at 9:30am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. For those who prefer weekends, there is a session at 7:30am on Saturdays.
