We offer a range of services at our studio in Caulfield North. Private 1:1 sessions are available for those who prefer individualised attention and care. Our exercise physiologists will work closely with you to create a tailored exercise programme that addresses your specific needs and goals.
For those who prefer working in a small group setting, we also offer small group sessions. These sessions are limited to four people, allowing for a more intimate and focused experience. You will still receive individualised attention and guidance from our exercise physiologists, while also benefiting from the motivation and support of a small group.
If you are unable to make it to our studio, we also offer home visits. Our exercise physiologists can come to your home and provide personalised exercise programmes and guidance in the comfort of your own space.
We are also proud to be a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We have experience working with individuals with disabilities and are able to provide exercise programmes that are tailored to their unique needs and abilities.
In addition to our studio services, we also offer pilates classes. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Our pilates classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and can be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
