Regular practise has strengthened her body, improved her posture, and increased her body awareness.
She now shares her knowledge and experience with others, including those who have also experienced back issues, as well as clients of all ages.
In addition to matwork Pilates, the studio also offers studio equipment classes, including Reformer and Springboard. The instructor has attended various educational workshops to further enhance her skills and knowledge, ensuring that her clients receive the highest standard of instruction.
