I am Simon Graham, a specialist personal trainer, weight loss coach, nutrition coach, and strength coach based in Farnborough, Hampshire. I have a passion for helping individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes, achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives.
My journey towards becoming a personal trainer and weight loss coach started when I was overweight and struggling with comfort eating. Determined to make a change, I immersed myself in learning about nutrition, returned to cycling, and started weightlifting. I also sought guidance from great coaches and trainers and participated in challenges that pushed me out of my comfort zone.
Motivated by my own transformation, I decided to further my knowledge and qualifications by going back to college to become a certified personal trainer and coach. Over the past eight years, I have been helping clients achieve their weight loss and fitness goals while providing support and guidance.
As someone who has run and grown businesses for over 20 years, I understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst a busy schedule.
