Silent Hands System Kung Fu has a rich history and a special connexion to law enforcement. The Silent Hands System was originally designed by Professor Les Wiszniewski for use by police officers. To commemorate the club's 40th anniversary in 2014, a group of members embarked on a trip to China and Hong Kong, which included a visit to the famous Shaolin Temple. The trip was a unique and memorable experience, allowing the members to explore Chinese culture and deepen their understanding of martial arts.
The club welcomes new students throughout the year and encourages anyone interested to come along and see what they are all about. The system is adaptable and suitable for individuals of all abilities, regardless of agility. The friendly and supportive atmosphere ensures that everyone feels welcome and included.
Whether you're looking to learn self-defence, improve fitness, or simply be part of a friendly community, Silent Hands System Kung Fu is the place to be. Join them in Wrexham or Colwyn Bay and experience the joy and discipline of martial arts.
