Sarah offers two affordable rooms that can be booked for a single event or on a regular basis. Whether it's meetings, classes, or special events, Signing Rooms has a space that's just right. The neutral decor means you can add your own touches to make the space feel personal and suited to your style.

The venue is well-equipped, with an accessible lift for easy access to the first-floor rooms, a toilet with disabled access, and baby changing facilities. There’s also a small kitchen, so you'll have access to washing facilities and a variety of hot and cold drinks.

While there's no on-site parking, there are plenty of options nearby including Biggins Lane Car Park, St Mary's Car Park, and Waitrose Long Stay Car Park among others. You can also find free parking bays on Sun Street, Hollow Lane, Queens Street, and Park Street.
