With over 20 years of experience in Williamstown, Shindo Karate has become a renowned name in the local martial arts community. Our dojo has been instrumental in helping countless students achieve the prestigious rank of Black Belt and beyond.
In recent years, the Williamstown Dojo has achieved remarkable success in various competitions, with many of our students standing atop the podium, proudly displaying their well-deserved medals. But our club is not solely focused on karate. At the Williamstown Dojo, we also offer training in traditional Okinawan weaponry. Sensei Josh, who holds a 2nd Dan in Kobudo, imparts his extensive knowledge in this discipline as well. Under the guidance of Sensei Josh, who was trained by the esteemed Shihan Hennie de Vries of the Australian Ryukyu Kobudo Association, our students have the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of weaponry in their martial arts journey.
