ShimJang Taekwondo is deeply rooted in the original style of Taekwondo. The art originated during the Silla Dynasty in South Korea over 1300 years ago and was officially named Taekwondo in 1955. We strive to preserve the traditional values and techniques of this ancient martial art while also preparing our students for a future beyond the black belt level.
