Shihan Gaby Dojo trains traditional Kyokushin Karate in Laval, Quebec. It is a private, non-profit dojo focused on discipline, respect, and responsibility, with instruction built on kihon basics, kata forms, and self-defense application. Youth aged 12 and older and adults can apply for selective admission based on character and commitment. Training is offered free of charge, but acceptance requires meeting the dojo's standards of consistency and effort.
