SHIFT Performance & Wellness is a fitness facility located on Iber Rd, bordering Kanata and Stittsville. With a focus on providing top-notch coaching and resources for athletes of all levels, SHIFT offers a variety of training options to help individuals reach their fitness goals.

The facility boasts a 12,000 sq ft space, including a 54'x76' real ice surface complete with NHL spec pegs and an electric Pinguino ice resurfacer. In addition, there is a 1600 sq ft main gym with a turf track, a private training and lifting studio, and a cardio/boxing studio. SHIFT also features two TruGolf simulators for golf enthusiasts to practice their swing.

SHIFT Performance & Wellness offers a range of programs including privates, semi-privates, clinics, and teams for goalies. They also host player development workshops, hockey coaching sessions, and golf instruction classes.
