With hours from Monday to Friday, 6am to 9pm, our facility is designed to accommodate all schedules and lifestyles. Co-owned by Leslie and Kayleigh, our dedicated directors bring a wealth of experience and passion to the fitness industry.

One common question we receive is whether spin shoes are necessary for our indoor cycling classes. While spin shoes do offer some advantages, such as increased efficiency and comfort, they are not required. Our pedals are SPD MTN compatible, allowing you to wear regular running shoes if preferred. Additionally, if you are new to indoor cycling, we welcome you to join any of our classes regardless of experience level.
Our instructors are experienced in guiding riders of all levels and will assist you in setting up your bike and getting comfortable.
