The Sherwood Park Minor Hockey Association (SPMHA) is dedicated to providing a positive and inclusive environment for youth in Sherwood Park to learn and play the sport of hockey. Founded in 1977, SPMHA has grown to become the 2nd largest Minor Hockey Association in Alberta. As proud members of Hockey Canada, Hockey Alberta, and the Edmonton Hockey Federation, we strive to uphold the highest standards of excellence in our programs and services.

SPMHA is proud to be affiliated with the Sherwood Park Kings Athletic Club, Sherwood Park Fuzion, and the Sherwood Park Referees Association, enabling us to offer a comprehensive hockey experience for our members. Our association is led by a dedicated board of directors, coaches, and volunteers who are committed to fostering the development of our players both on and off the ice.

Throughout the year, SPMHA hosts a variety of events and initiatives to engage our members and the community. From player and coach clinics with NHL professionals to annual raffles and fundraising activities, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone to get involved and support our association.
