We are open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends, providing ample time for you to fit in your workout no matter how busy your schedule is. Our flexible opening hours make it convenient for everyone to prioritise their physical fitness and well-being.
