Welcome to Sharp Fitness and Pilates! Located in Ridgehaven, our fitness centre and Pilates studio is dedicated to helping individuals enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness through a combination of Pilates method and gym workouts.
At Sharp Fitness and Pilates, we specialise in various fitness programmes tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you're looking for core strength rehabilitation, assistance with lower back pain, pre or post-natal workouts, or weight loss, we have you covered. Our experienced trainers are available for personal training sessions, duo/small group training sessions, private Pilates classes, and duo Pilates classes.
We also offer group Pilates classes at specific times throughout the week. On Tuesdays, we have classes at 5:10pm, 6pm, and 7pm. Additionally, we offer group Pilates classes via Zoom on Tuesdays at 7:10pm for Mums and Bubs.
Our founder, Becky, holds an impressive range of qualifications to ensure top-notch training and guidance for our clients. She obtained a Certificate IV in Pilates Therapy Instruction in 2011, APMA Pilates Level 2 in 2013, as well as a Certificate III and IV in Fitness in 2015. Becky has also completed the APPI Ante-Post Natal Course to further support clients during pregnancy and postpartum.
