Shape Up Fitness

Shape Up Fitness is a well-established fitness centre and personal training studio in Golden, led by experienced instructor Nicki Malberg. Established in 2011, Shape Up Fitness quickly gained a loyal following in the Golden community through group fitness classes and personalized training sessions.

In response to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nicki pivoted her business to offer online fitness classes through Facebook Live, allowing members to stay fit and connected from the safety of their homes. As restrictions eased, Shape Up Fitness now offers in-person group fitness classes at the Mount 7 Recplex and the Upstairs Lounge Golden Arena in Golden.

Nicki, a passionate outdoor enthusiast, spends her spare time exploring the mountains surrounding Golden and enjoying activities like fishing and exploring the west coast. She continues to inspire and motivate her members through her dedication to fitness and community.

At Shape Up Fitness, members can participate in a variety of fitness classes, including full body conditioning sessions that combine strength training, cardio exercises, and core work for a complete and effective workout. Led by Nicki, these classes are designed to challenge and improve overall fitness levels, helping members achieve their fitness goals.
