At the heart of Shaolin Monk Martial Arts is the lineage of esteemed masters. 30th Generation Grand Master Shi SuXi, who served as the ex-president of the Shaolin Temple, devoted 70 years of his life to preserve the traditions of Shaolin. He was known for his knowledge and skill in martial arts and Chan Buddhism. Great Master Shi DeFon, from the 31st generation, trained under the guidance of Grand Master Shi SuXi and further honed his skills in Shaolin Kung Fu and Shaolin Medicine.
With a rich family history in Kung Fu, Great Master Shi DeFon's grandfather and great-grandfather were both Shaolin fighting monks.
