Shaolin Kung Fu – Whitby is a martial arts school located in Porirua, New Zealand. Opening in 2019, the Whitby training centre is relatively new but has quickly gained a small and dedicated student base. The club welcomes both beginners and those looking to try something different in the world of martial arts.

The training centre is perfectly suited for beginners, as all students are relatively new to the art of Shaolin Kung Fu. The pace and content of the classes are focused on providing a foundational understanding of the art. The club services the Whitby area, as well as Waitangirua, Aotea, Mana, Plimmerton, Paramata, and the wider Porirua region.

Classes are held once a week on Tuesday evenings. The kids' class runs from 6-7pm, followed by the adult class from 7-8:30pm. The training takes place in the Tairangi School hall, which offers plenty of off-street parking, heating for the winter months, and ample space for training. Additionally, the training centre has outdoor areas available for training sessions when the weather permits.
