The Shaolin Dragon Kenpo School in Regina is a renowned martial arts club that offers training in the ancient art of Kenpo. Students at Shaolin Dragon Kenpo School begin their training with the “hard” Japanese Karate style, learning blocks, strikes, and kicks that emphasize speed and power. As they progress, they are introduced to the “soft” Chinese style, which focuses on control, discipline, honour, and respect. The core philosophy of Kenpo is to control oneself in order to control the power of the martial art.
