When you enter SHAiPE, our equipment is automatically set to your workout plan, eliminating any guesswork and ensuring you can focus on your workout. We also offer full body scans every 8–12 weeks to track your progress and adjust your workout plan accordingly.
In addition to our regular fitness programmes, we also offer specialised exercise physiology services. Our exercise physiologist is equipped to help you with rehab exercising, providing specific scans and equipment to make your rehabilitation as safe and fast as possible.
Finding SHAiPE is easy. Our studio is located in the Landmark building in St Leonards, and is easily accessible by car or public transport. If you're driving, there is 1. 5 hours of free parking available next door at the Wilson Parking located at 77 Nicholson Street.
