The Small Group Training Program (SGPT) offers a unique opportunity to achieve their goals while learning from experienced coaches. In addition to SGPT sessions, they'll have access to Condition Gym for independent training or daily classes.
With up to 12 SGPT sessions per month, members will experience the benefits of both personal training and a community atmosphere. SGPT is suitable for everyone, whether they're a beginner or want to elevate their current fitness routine. If they're not getting the results they want from training independently or want to build confidence in strength and conditioning, SGPT is the perfect way to make every session count.
