SESH Training is a Functional Group Training Facility located in Naracoorte, Australia. To complement strength training, two running sessions per week are programmed to improve aerobic endurance and conditioning.
SESH Training utilises the TEAMBUILDR app to track workouts and progress over time. Members can easily follow their personalised programme, enter weights, reps, and other relevant information to monitor their fitness journey effectively.
As part of the membership, individuals have access to one SESH Training class per week. Whether it's the STRONG, SWEAT, or SUPER SATURDAY programme, there is nothing quite like the experience of team training, especially during summer. Members can train with their friends and even plan a dip in the nearby lake after their session.
Furthermore, members will have the opportunity to receive coaching support from the experienced SESH Training team.
