Sergei's SabreClub is a fencing school located in Edmonton, Alberta. Established in June 2007, the club has a rich history of producing top-level fencers and creating a vibrant and welcoming community for fencers of all ages and skill levels. The club is conveniently located at 12223 66 Street in Edmonton, with a newly renovated 1400 sqft space that can accommodate 2 full-sized pistes along with additional space for exercises and lessons.
At Sergei's SabreClub, the coaching staff is dedicated to helping athletes develop their fencing skills and reach their full potential, whether they are beginners or aspiring competitive fencers. The club offers a variety of membership options, including Monthly Memberships, Semester Memberships, and Drop-In options, all of which include access to all club equipment and facilities. Additionally, all members are required to register and receive a provincial/national membership through the Alberta Fencing Association.
Head Coach Sergei (Siarhei) Kazimirski brings a wealth of experience to the club, having been a national fencing champion in Belarus before coming to Canada in 2002. He has coached numerous fencers to success at provincial, national, and international levels, making him one of the top saber coaches in Canada. Under Sergei's guidance, members of Sergei's SabreClub have consistently achieved high levels of success in competition.
